About Us

Denis Global is a dynamic technology driven Group with a deep understanding of the strictly regulated industry we serve.


The Group consists of three companies. Denis UK Limited, registered in the UK and Denis Europe OÜ registered in the EU are third-party insurance administrators and specialise in outsourced claim services. Denis Technologies Limited is our technology company providing EB and insurance systems in SaaS format with full support.


We specialise in electronic claims submission and automated rules based claims assessment. We find that these methods suit insurance products with high claim volumes but low claim values. Such claims need to be rapidly assessed and rules based automation can result in over 80% of claims being finalised without the need of a human assessor.


Dental Insurance, Heath Cash Plans, Pet, Optical and other similar insurance products are well suited to rules based claims adjudication. We are currently working on the algorithms required for motor and other household products.


The Group is currently active in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Poland and Estonia. Our cloud based systems allow for rapid set up and deployment and our dual language capability allows for member and provider communications in most languages. Our systems are scalable and take-on can be from zero membership (new business opportunities) to millions.

  • How to register for online services?

    You will only need to register once. Thereafter you will have access with your unique password and member number.
    You will need your email address, your member number (as sent to you in your welcome letter) and your surname. All spellings must match our database for a successful registration

  • How to Claim

    Please provide us with the itemised treatment invoice you received from the practitioner. For the avoidance of doubt, you can only claim if the treatment has been completed and has been fully paid for. Dental claims require detailed information in that individual teeth treatment must be identified by a tooth number. Please see the section "Tooth Numbering" on this web page. For Health related claims you may need a GP referral. That is a separate document that must be submitted along with your claim.

  • What is covered by your dental plan

    You will find details of what is covered on your plan and the contribution you will receive for each treatment in your policy document which can be downloaded in My Documents once you have logged in.

  • Services available online

    > View and make changes to your personal profile
    > Check the progress of your claim
    > Download Policy Documents and Claim Forms
    > Upload and Submit a claim via the Secure Portal and receive an immediate response.

  • Claim Form

    Claim forms are no longer required. All we require to process your claim is the detailed treatment invoice you received from the practitioner. This invoice must contain Your Name and address. The practitioner name and registration number and each treatment your received with the fee charged. For dental claims a tooth number is required for tooth specific treatments such as fillings.
    Log in to the secure claims portal on this website and if you are using a smart phone simply take a photo of the invoice and submit to us.

  • Smart phone claiming

    This website is configured for mobile phones. You will be able to take a photo of your completed claim form and receipt and send it to us. You will receive an email to confirm submission

  • Postal claiming

    Treatment invoices (your claim) can be uploaded via the Secure Portal or if you prefer you can post the treatment invoice to : P.O Box 6833 Basingstoke Hampshire RG24 4PR. Please add a note showing your insurance member number (or simply write it on the treatment invoice).

  • What policy can I buy

    Denis UK does not directly sell insurance; we are administrators of claims and policies. However we can direct you to the correct place if you want to buy a policy or make changes to your existing policy. Please use the email submission form found under "Contact us" and select policy query. We will reply to you via email.
